Jeremy Beadle has died aged 59

Last week we brought you news that Jeremy Beadle was in intensive care battling pneumonia but sadly it has just been confirmed that he has died at the age of 59 with his wife sue and close friends at his bedside.

Nick Canham of MPC entertainment who was Jeremy’s agent said that “Our heartfelt condolences go to his wife Sue, his two daughters, Cassie and Bonnie and his stepchildren Leo and Claire. He will be greatly missed.”

Jeremy was diagnosed with cancer in 2005, but never allowed the condition to affect him. Last autumn and prior to his illness he was working on a series of television formats.
