Donald Trump Lawsuit: being sued for $4 billion: worth $2 billion less

Donald Trump Lawsuit

Donald Trump has a Lawsuit on his hands that is worth more than him, Nights at Vegas. Inc are suing Donald Trump for $4 billion and TMZ are reporting that he is only worth around $2 billion.

Although only is not quite the right word, he would be in debt of 2 billion if he loses (well in math terms).

The lawsuit is in connection with the Trump International Hotel & Tower in Las Vegas. The licensed real estate property management company, Nights at Vegas lease out some of the 1,200 condos in Trump’s complex.

The lawsuit (which you can read here), says Trump is effectively making it impossible for Nights at Vegas to do business by prohibiting them from using the name “Trump” in any of its advertising or marketing.

They are claiming Trump is violating the anti-trust laws.

    I am sure the answer lies in the contract so sounds like they need to read the contract and that will be the final answer. I am sure lawyers will make quite a bit to come to this conclusion. Well he has been down before and come back. One thing is for sure he won’t give up the fight it’s in his nature.

    Trump has seen and experienced this before and has been to unimaginable falls,its really a question of when,not if,this saga will fall in his favour,besides he’s too well protected
