ASUS Eee Brand Expanding
The ASUS Eee brand is known for its cheap and small UMPC, but they are now expanding (diluting to some) their product-line.

They have plans to introduce a $200 - $300 E-DT desktop computer in April or May, a 42-inch E-TV in September that’s basically a Linux PC integrated into the LCD and they will also launch a 19- to 21-inch E-Monitor for around $499 which is an all-in-one PC with built-in TV tuner.

Do you think they should stick to what they are good at or is the move into other product-lines a good one?

I think that it is good for them to move into new areas just like google did. By doing so, they’ll break the expensive laptop monopoly that already exists and give poorer guys like me a chance to own multiple laptops.
