Nominet takes myspace.co.uk of owner: registered 6 years before MySpace existed

Would you call that fair?
Mashable reports that the reason the domain was ruled in MySpace’s favor, was because “myspace.co.uk was your average “parked” page with a bunch of ads, and it was therefore ruled an abusive registration.”
Total Web Solutions (TWS) did use the domain for a better purpose before, and then they decided it would earn more with ads on…guess that was a bad idea.
