MySpace UK Domain
Nominet has taken the domain myspace.co.uk away from Total Web Solutions (TWS) and given it to MySpace, although the name was first registered 6 years before MySpace existed.

Would you call that fair?

Mashable reports that the reason the domain was ruled in MySpace’s favor, was because “myspace.co.uk was your average “parked” page with a bunch of ads, and it was therefore ruled an abusive registration.”

Total Web Solutions (TWS) did use the domain for a better purpose before, and then they decided it would earn more with ads on…guess that was a bad idea.
