Nintendo Wii Fit preview

Roughly the size of two bathroom scales the Wii Fit Balance Board senses movements you might not even be aware you are making. While the Wii Fit balance board aims at helping people becoming slim and trim, it does have its limits like the 300-pound weight limit.

This amazing piece of Nintendo software has serious workouts, to sports mini games and nearly 50 exercises. This includes Yoga poses, push ups and also many of the Wii Fits features do not use the balance board, for instance the jogging courses lets users just slide the remote into a pocket and use it as a pedometer while jogging. Even the mini games like hula-hoop are very demanding by keeping your hips swinging.

You can track how you’re doing with the exercises using many different statistics, watch the Nintendo Wii Fit Review video below for full details of what the Wii Fit can do for you.
