Manhunt 2 British High Court upholds ban
Looks like Manhunt 2 will not get a release in the UK, even after an appeal. Developer Rockstar managed to revamp the game enough and convinced the UK Video Appeals Committee that the game could get a new rating; the BBFC still did not approve and took the matter to the British High Court.

According to ITN, the High Court agrees with the BBFC and said that the UK Video Appeals Committee was wrong in their decision. So looks like Manhunt 2 will never be released in the UK, it seems as if the BBFC and the UK Video Appeals Committee could be at war with each other very soon as some harsh words were said to each other in the court room.
