Sharp AQUOS X 1.35 inch thick LCD
This is the new Sharp AQUOS X LCD which the brand is claiming is the world’s thinnest television in production, the LCD measures just 1.35 inches (3.4cm thick).

Although we must point out that the measurement is taken from the TV’s thinnest part, the Sharp AQUOS X series was unleashed in Japan.

There are much thinner TV’s as they have been shown of at different events, but these are just prototypes and not in production yet.
