Nordstrom issues Recall of Taper and Votive Candles: Fire Risk

Nordstrom Inc is working with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and has issued a voluntary recall of their Taper and Votive Candles as they pose a fire risk. People who own one of these candles are asked to stop using them immediately.

These Nordstrom Taper and Votive Candles exterior coating run the risk of igniting which causes a fire hazard. There have been four reports of these candles flaming or smoking, one report claims that some damage was done to a property; thankfully there have been no reports of any injuries.
