Battat issues recall of their Magnetic Construction Sets
Battat Magnabild Magnetic Building Systems has issued a voluntary recall on their Magnetic Construction Sets, as there is a risk of children swallowing the magnets and causing aspiration and intestinal hazards. Consumers who own one of these are advised to stop using them immediately.

It is thought that over 125,000 of these Magnetic Construction Sets are affected by this recall; the small magnets inside can fall out where a young child could swallow them. If more than one magnet is swallowed they could stick together and then cause intestinal perforations which could be fatal.
