Battat issues recall of their Magnetic Construction Sets: Magnets can be swallowed

It is thought that over 125,000 of these Magnetic Construction Sets are affected by this recall; the small magnets inside can fall out where a young child could swallow them. If more than one magnet is swallowed they could stick together and then cause intestinal perforations which could be fatal.
