Guitar Hero franchise racks up $1 billion in sales

Red Octane started the Guitar Hero franchise up before selling to Activision six months before Guitar Hero I debuted. This figures does not include downloads of the new Guitar Hero III, so if you think £10 million in only ten weeks is a good indication that there is still a lot of money to account for in this huge franchise.
