World’s cheapest car Tata Nano to use components from Amtek Auto

The world’s cheapest car, the Tata Nano is said to start using components from Amtek Auto. The Indian automaker will use engine and suspension components from Amtek Auto who plan to build a new facility just so that they can supply parts for the Nano.

According to Trading Markets Amtek Auto will also supply a range of other components for this $2500 car from brake drums, balancer shafts, connecting rods, spindles, crankshafts, cylinder block and head and steering knuckle.
