Smart Dashboard in vehicles could stop distractions: Mind reading science

A brand new Smart Dashboard or intelligent dashboard is being worked on by German engineers from the Technical University of Berlin; this new brainwave of an idea could become reality with a possible availability within just 5 years.

The idea behind the new Smart Dashboard will help improve reaction times in real driving conditions by watching the driver’s brain and reducing distractions during periods of high brain activity.

This is great news because not only have we got cars that can steer for us and even brake; we will now have cars that will read our minds. In our eyes this is fantastic news and a breakthrough when it comes to gadgetry within our vehicles.
