Golden Eye 007 Xbox Live Arcade game video: Real or Fake?

Now here is a dilemma we would love for you to answer, we have a video that we found via YouTube which is no doubt a special video because it is showing what seems to be the Golden Eye 007 Xbox Live Arcade game.

This is an in house build of what may be GoldenEye 007 and what it may look like as an Xbox Live Arcade game. We do not know if this real or fake 100% so we are not going to give you our views, but you are more than welcome in letting us know what you think.

It does seem thought that the gameplay and textures seem real as well as the frame rates which says it is real but then again it could be some prank hack.
