Sony PS3 RGB-Full vs Limited
This is a subject that many gamers are passionate about and also one that I personally do not know which setting to have even after watching the video below.

The video shows a Sony PS3 game and a test of “RGB Full vs Limited”, I currently have my settings changed to RGB Full connected to Panasonic Plasma and really I cannot tell any difference without it side by side with another TV.

Although in the RGB Full vs Limited video below you can see that with the setting on full it looks more like an Xbox 360’s display.

The maker of this video said that he does not own a PS3 or Xbox 360 and plays games on his PC, I personally think things look ok on both settings, but I also know it depends what TV you have your PS3 connected to.

Watch the video below or download a high quality one here (over 150mb).

You only see the screen door effect if you sit close to it.
    Plasma has True 1080P, i own one. 1920 x 1080 pixels and displays 1080p.
Burn in lol!! if you stupid enough to leave a single image on the TV for 2 days then you dont deserve a plasma.
You are all biased, you are glad to point out Plasma disadvantages but no Advantages. And you dont point out the advantages and disadvantages for DLP, hmmmmmm… I wonder why??

Plasma`s have way better color, deeper richer, darker blacks. but, the picture is not as crisp and clear as dlp. dlp has way more advantages than plasma, even the new dlp`s with led lighting can hang on the wall as well. you have bought a nice tv! it really matters on what your eyes tell you! and mine told me in 8 different stores that dlp looked better! but as the tv itself, the plasma`s are definately stylish! and on dlp`s today, you dont even have to touch the lamp, it`s already in a plastic case that you change out, never touching the lamp.

why dont you all do yourselves a favour and go to a HDTV forum to gain some insight, they have sections for each display type.

Stores will make the display that provides them with the most profit look better. Sure you can always look behind the TV and see it has Component or HDMI hooked up but for all you know one could be playing a DVD and the other a HD DVD.

And one more thing, if DLP was actually better the stores would be cranking the price higher than Plasma and LCD then saying “Hey if you want the best you gotta pay more”. Just think about it.

You are abviously not married! women want plasma`s and lcd`s to hang on the walls or put inside those expensive cabinets that lower the tv inside it, to save space! so this day in age, stores try to appeal to couples more so than men! and lets face it, as far as looks go, plasma`s and lcd`s are great! but picture wise, dlp is sharper and more crisp than plasma or lcd, and dlp is the fastest hdtv on the market! too much glare for me on plasma screen, and lcd`s just look cheap.
