WEDGiTS: educational building block with a difference

I first come across these on TV the other day and I have just ordered them for my son who has learning difficulties.

These WEDGiTS are said to help children learn about colour and design, and enhancing spatial awareness and hand eye coordination.

All you have to do is twist and turn them to make different things.
