Will Smith Talks Speilberg’s Chicago 7

Earlier this week I reported on how Will Smith is just one of the names rumoured to be involved with Steven Spielberg’s Chicago 7. Well, at a recent junket for I Am Legend Will Smith spoke about his involvement and what exactly is going on.

Talking to Omelete, Smith revealed that Spielberg asked him to leave some free space in his schedule and that when the script is ready, he will get a copy.

Smith said,

“When Steve is ready he will send it. I don’t know specifics, story, anything, but he told me the filming dates, so I can be free to do it. It’s not a 100% sure thing yet, but I’m confident.”

Will Smith has to appear in this movie - I just can’t get enough of him at the moment. That man has come a long, long way from Fresh Prince and long may he continue!
