Jamie Lynn Spears Abortion: end of a pregnancy when baby is born

It has been reported across the net since Jamie Lynn Spears announced that she was expecting at the age of 16 that she should think about having an abortion. I strongly disagree as long as she wants the baby and has her family’s support then she should be able to have the baby, yes I know she is just 16 but with all the support she will be a great mum.
It’s said that in a recently published article in which writer Froma Harrop discussed Jamie Lynn Spears pregnancy and her options available. She said the following about Jamie Lynn’s mum “She could have helped Jamie Lynn quietly end the pregnancy.”
This is wrong why should she have helped her have an abortion?
In a statement by Williams in reply to that comment she said that “It made my blood run cold to think that our society has devolved to the point where, for personal/political/business expediency, anyone can, without any apparent moral implication, end the pregnancy. Thank goodness Jamie Lynn Spears did not take that option. From my perspective, the end of a pregnancy should be when the baby is born and breathes his or her first breath.”
I totally agree with Williams the time a pregnancy should end is when the baby is born and is breathing.
I will say even though I don’t agree in abortion in some cases abortion is the only answer depending on the reason why.

After all, unlike thousands of other 16-year-olds,
Jamie’s baby won’t be on food stamps or welfare,
and Jamie won’t have to hand you the Detroit phone book when you ask who the baby’s father is.
I admire her for making a mature decision.
i think young mothers are sometimes better mothers. and that they understand their children. they kinda grow up with them. i think she should have the baby. and she will be a great mom. lets hope she doesn’t end up like her sister is now. CRAZY!

Well I think that Jamie should her baby because its not the baby’s fault. The baby has a has the right to live like any other baby. Besides it’s Jamies fault,why did’nt she wear protection before having sex.
Why should’nt she not have her baby? Jamie should of thought about that before having sex! The baby has a chance to live.
