A lot of women are wearing the wrong bra without even realising, this can cause problems as the wrong size bra can cause back pain and nerve damage. The worrying thing is even if you have been measured you size could still be wrong.
An intelligent fabric has been developed with sensors in it which means that designers can make bras that alleviate pressure. Using sensors whilst a lady was wearing the bra and using a treadmill researchers were able to confirm that the bra straps take the most of the strain.
So girls, make sure that your measured properly and its not just for health reasons, if you have the correct fitting bra it can also enhance your cleavage as well. If you’ve got it flaunt it!!
