Exploding HP Presario Laptop: man taking Hewlett-Packard to court

Keith Price has recently filed a lawsuit because his HP Presario Laptop has exploded and caused his entire house to catch fire and major injuries to his daughters face.

The Arkansas man said he bought the laptop from Wal-Mart and it looked fined and one day it just suddenly caught fire, he also claimed that his daughter had to escape out of a second story window.

TGdaily said the lawsuit states Mr. Price is accusing HP of “extreme mental anguish” and “burns and physical injuries” to his daughter.
