Britney Spears Fails To Turn Up At Court

Yesterday Britney Spears attempted to go to court for her custody hearing but had cold feet last minute and fled the scene and missed a vital court hearing about her kids despite warnings she may never get her two boys back.

Because she did turn up the Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon left in place a ruling that barred Britney from visiting with her two sons until another hearing on February 19th.

Britney was advised to turn up at the Los Angeles Superior Court at 9am but eventually turned up outside 4½ hours late but after she was mobbed by photographers she fled back home.

It’s said that when she got out of the car Britney screamed “Move back. I’m scared. Stop it. I want to get back in the car. Stop it. Let me get in the car, please.”

An onlooker said: “Britney couldn’t handle the mob scene. She looked terrified.”

It is believed her lawyers jumped into the car to persuade her to go into court but Britney refused and ordered her driver to leave.

Britney’s lawyers warned her she has no chance of getting her kids back if she does not explain herself to the judge.

It’s reported that when Britney left the courthouse she was spotted going to the Little Brown Church in the San Fernando Valley. She reportedly said a prayer and lit a candle at the church.

A note reading, “Dear God, please give Britney her kids back,” was sticking out of the prayer box”
