RoomWizard Schedule and Meeting Room Manager

When the computer was first introduced to the workplace, professionals were ‘let go’ from their job. Now our bosses have realized that computers and professionals work better together, it seems there’s a new threat for assistants in the form of the RoomWizard scheduler.

Designers Steelcase didn’t feel it was right to have human interaction during office hours so they came up with the RoomWizard, This little touchscreen can be synchronized to your Lotus Notes or Microsoft Outlook Server to schedule meetings and reserve meeting rooms in an instant. It’s not all it can do though. This clever little gadget uses little red and green LED lights which indicate when the meeting room is occupied and when it’s available. Clever eh?

The RoomWizard retails at just over £2000. A Perfect replacement for that cheap ‘meeting in progress’ board!
