Britney Spears Needs To Appear In Today’s Custody Case

Sources who are connected with Kevin and Britney’s custody case have said that if Britney Spears doesn’t show, it will be curtains at least in the short term.

Sources have said that her lawyers know that Commissioner Scott Gordon will expect Britney to address a number of issues surrounding what went on at her home a week ago

In particular, Commissioner Gordon wants Brit to explain why she violated the custody order by not turning the kids over to K-Fed’s security guard at 7:00 that evening.

Britney’s lawyers know if she does not attend today’s hearing, then it will certainly mean that the ban on visitation will be extended until the April trial.
