Toyota really does mean business now with what they are doing with Lexus, and that is evident in the range of vehicles that the Lexus now has. The new Lexus LF-A Roadster which is on show at the 2008 Detroit Auto Show is constructed of a combination of carbon fiber and aluminum, this helps to keep the weight down yet still maintaining a rigid structure. When you start to open the taps on the car a speed-sensitive adjustable wing helps to keep you planted to the road by increases the amount of downforce.
It seems as if Lexus means business, and feels that Ferrari and Porsche now have some serious competition with their new LF-A Roadster.
