The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission in conjunction with Shims Bargain Inc have issued a voluntary recall of their BabyTown Pacifiers, these pacifiers are being recalled because of a potential choking hazard. Consumers who have one of these are asked to stop using this product.
Around 45,000 of these BabyTown Pacifiers are to be recalled as the shields are too small and could enter the mouth of the child, also the ventilation holes are said to be too small, there is also a problem with the safety instruction on the packaging.
Thankfully there are no reports of any injuries, for more information please visit: http://www.cpsc.gov/
