Shims Bargain BabyTown Pacifiers recalled due to Choking Hazard

Around 45,000 of these BabyTown Pacifiers are to be recalled as the shields are too small and could enter the mouth of the child, also the ventilation holes are said to be too small, there is also a problem with the safety instruction on the packaging.
