It has been reported that John Paul Jones has said that rock gods Led Zeppelin are hoping to meet this month so they can discuss the possibility of playing together again.
The bassist has said that the band loved playing the O2 arena reunion gig that they’ve set a date to talk about future performances. In an interview with Rolling Stone Jones said,
“There is a band meeting in January, it could be fun to do more stuff.”
John Paul Jones went on to admire Jason Bonham’s efforts at the O2 concert. Bonham filled in for his father, John Bonham on the reunion gig. Jones commented,
A lot of the fills were not what his dad did at all. He’s as fearless as his dad, that’s for sure. But he did an amazing job, when you consider that he had to answer to every drummer in the world after that show.”

Nobody before or since has equaled the mighty Led Zeppelin. The real evidence for Zep’s greatness is of coarse in their music, which today sounds as good, if not better, than the day it was released. I can go put on LZ-I on a good system and it still smokes virtually everything else out there in the world of rock.
