High School Musical Star Ashley Tisdale To Make Big-Screen Debut

High School Musicals’ Ashley Tisdale is set to make her silver-screen debut in a new comedy by 20th Century Fox. The film, titled They Came From Upstairs, will follow the story of a group of teenagers who battle to stop aliens invading their US holiday home.

John Schultz is attached to direct the movie, which starts filming in Auckland, New Zealand next month.

Tisdale will shoot the adventure comedy before returning to the popular High School Musical for the third film in the franchise.
