One should understand and remember that NANO is people’s car and made for those who can’t even afford to buy Maruti 800 (Cheapest car available before NANO).
TATAs made History by bridging the price gap between Motor-cycle and Maturi 800.
If you look at past, when Indica was launched. At that time, indica was just appreciated very much for its design and look though Indica faced many trouble after launch. Later on TATA launch V2.
TATAs again made a History by making World’s cheapest car which is not only very good and elegant in design but also One of the most fuel efficient car and also meet meet EURO-4 norms.
I think, people will face Least troubles with NANO because TATAs has learned a lot from Indica.
This also shows that India is growing not only in One segment but also in All the segments and getting lot of appreciation around the world.
This vehicle is going to be fun to watch…I think that it is a very exciting product that many families will benefit from…
Now let’s bring it to the U.S. where we will need have power windows / door locks, air conditioning, CD and Nav systems, airbags (front and side), reinforced doors for side impact, collapsible steering column and shatter resistant glass and we are now looking at an $8,000 - $10,000 car in the end.
We already have millions of larger cars over here in the U.S. and it wouldn’t take much to wipe out a Nano if a beast of an SUV decided to merge on top of one of these.
The good news is, if you ever do get in a fatal accident with this car you can always be buried in it and save the cost of buying a coffin.
i am currently doing MBA so i need some information about nano car i.e it segemention (parts of it) . so kindly help me by providing some information about nano car arrgently .Tahanks
.
This Car is going to wipe off the giant auto makers companies.
GM and Ford going to ground as such…….but biggest hurdles will be the Japanese auto makers. Hope Tata has done his homework on lean before launching the car. Just make it more sturdy and launch in U.S. market meeting the U.S. specifications and see how GM and Ford crash down.
About the road conditions in India, and the parking requirements there its no big issue.
Tata can show the world auto makers with this product that when an indian comes to the market…how fast the things change.
Hats of to Tata for Nano.
Regards
Vivek
