Xbox Live Diamond card no longer free: Will you pay annual fee
By: Peter Chubb | January 9, 2008
If you have an Xbox Live Diamond card and have been enjoying free membership then we have some bad news for you, as there will now be an annual fee for this card of $6.95. This has happened since Microsoft is walking away from the Xbox Live Diamond card as Passport Unlimited takes both ownership and administration.
If you are still a member it will remain free until your renewal date, and anyone who now takes out a new membership will have to start paying the annual fee of $6.95 right away.
The thing is would you still keep your Xbox Live Diamond card, and pay this annual fee?
