A ticket on your mobile phone it’s a great idea, all you have to do is open an account on the GoNorthEast website (which is secure), add money to your account by credit or debit card and then text 60060 for your ticket and it will be sent to your mobile phone and the price of the ticket will be deducted from your account.

This idea would work well for people who are prone to running out of cash, like myself or for teenagers who always spend their money. This scheme is being tested out in the North East of England. Here’s to hoping that these new tickets and get the buses running on time!!!
