I was once an Xbox 360 fan: Sony PS3 has converted me

My life has turned towards the Sony PS3 and this is the games console I buy most of my games for now, I only buy Microsoft Xbox 360 games that are exclusive. My cousin and a few friends kept on and on to buy the 360 and in the end I caved in and bought one.
When I connected it all up to my plasma TV I was so amazed and could not put the controller down, 6 months down the line money was good and oh yeah got persuaded to buy the Sony Playstation 3, at first I did say “No Chance will I buy a PS3”. The reason for me not wanting to buy one was because I was so happy with the 360, call me a fan boy, call me what you want I just did not want a PS3.
Anyway yes time went on people playing with my head to buy the PS3, and now must say the best thing I have ever done. Not only are the games great, but it has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Blu-Ray, and I do a lot on the internet from the comfort of my sofa.
I must say though the Xbox Live layout is far more superior at the moment in the way of online gaming than the PS3 but I can see this changing, and what with Playstation Home coming soon this year we can see the PS3 being the best console ever invented.
The whole style of the PS3 is pretty damn sexy, please do not get me wrong I do love the Xbox 360 and will continue to play it, but only exclusive games.
What I cannot understand is all you fanboys that argue which one is better and which one is not, why all the arguments. At the end of the day you like what you like and that’s it, me personally the Sony PS3 has converted me and is much better than the Xbox 360, this does not mean the 360 is bad because it is not, it just means my gaming will be solely on the Playstation now.
If my little story has offended any Xbox 360 fans please let me offer you counselling.

WTF nelson first of all sony rulz and has FREE ONLINE we dont have to pay to play online game’s and as fo mgs4 no way thats going to the crapbox 360 it is a ps3 exclusive and all of that is just rumers so ur shit out of luck if u dont have a ps3
Take any game that is on xbox 360 and PS3 and the xbox alawys wins. Even a child can tell you wich one looks better. I understand that sony fanboys are head strong and you can’t change thier minds, but it’s sad when PS2 outsells PS3 on every aspect, hardware, software……you dont see orginal xboxs flying off the shelves.
Oh and how come when multiplatform games are released on PS3 most of the time they are also offered on PS2, Microsoft does not relase games on xbox any more only for the xbox360.

You’ll certainly have to change the name of this site now as the name ‘Product-Reviews’ implies a serious tech site for GROWN-UPS when in fact it’s the worst Sony fanboy site since Three Speech.
If you think you’re promoting PS3 by acting like a bunch of dumb fanboys then you’re sadly mistaken, if i was Sony i’d shut this site down while i still had some credibility left!
i have 360 and a ps3 i love them both but if i had to give 1 away it would be my 360, even tho it has not given me the 3 red lights and i bought it on launch day… and im really worried it might happen any day now…
fanboys are all idiots probably 13yr old kids.. i mean ms or sony they both in the business of making $ cant understand y all these fanboys telling each others off. i recently bought a ps3 give away the x360 to my brother because the damn thing is so noisy. ps3 hardware is a lot better then xbox360, but software wise u have to say the xbox360.. i missed playing halo3.. might have to get the xbox back from my brother.. the ultimate next generation gaming console is ps3 hardware with xbox360 software..

360 doesnt have any good game.all the game are hyped and sucks.ps3 has the most fun different platform game.so if u want more exclusive and like to play different styles of game,buy ps3 save money for chager,wifi,high defination…if u buy 360 u will end up playing only first person shooter and paying much more cash for hd dvd add on,charger,extra hard drive.so i love my ps3 which doesnt break up like 360 with red ring of death.
well i love the 360 a lott. i played it and its really cul. its easy to use and everything. well at the end of the day i play my ps3 and it comes out on top. it is amazing. i mean no charge on anything, playstation home, THE EXCLUSIVE GAMES, and Xmediabar. Especially the Xmediabar. the 360 has a year jump on the ps3. so in conclusion give the ps3 a maximum of 6 months and watch the amazing back-back-back games released. remember like they said time is money and the 360 had A LOT OF TIME. A years jump.

I was the same way when I first got my PS3 after being an XBOX 360 owner. I even double dipped and bought Oblivion GOTY edition for it even though I already owned it on the 360. Then the newness factor wore off and I ended up primarily back on the 360.
The PS3 is nice, but it’s a really lonely experience right now.
The PS3 is like being by yourself on a slick huge starship that can do all sorts of nifty thing while the 360 is like being with your friends on a party boat out on the Caribbean. I just hope once Home comes out that people actually use it or it’s just going to make it feel even lonelier…wandering around a big environment without people in it.
I do use the PS3 for exclusives though…and for watching BD’s and stuff on my media server. I agree, it’s a cool machine, but I just hope the party arrives soon.
