I was once an Xbox 360 fan: Sony PS3 has converted me

My life has turned towards the Sony PS3 and this is the games console I buy most of my games for now, I only buy Microsoft Xbox 360 games that are exclusive. My cousin and a few friends kept on and on to buy the 360 and in the end I caved in and bought one.
When I connected it all up to my plasma TV I was so amazed and could not put the controller down, 6 months down the line money was good and oh yeah got persuaded to buy the Sony Playstation 3, at first I did say “No Chance will I buy a PS3”. The reason for me not wanting to buy one was because I was so happy with the 360, call me a fan boy, call me what you want I just did not want a PS3.
Anyway yes time went on people playing with my head to buy the PS3, and now must say the best thing I have ever done. Not only are the games great, but it has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Blu-Ray, and I do a lot on the internet from the comfort of my sofa.
I must say though the Xbox Live layout is far more superior at the moment in the way of online gaming than the PS3 but I can see this changing, and what with Playstation Home coming soon this year we can see the PS3 being the best console ever invented.
The whole style of the PS3 is pretty damn sexy, please do not get me wrong I do love the Xbox 360 and will continue to play it, but only exclusive games.
What I cannot understand is all you fanboys that argue which one is better and which one is not, why all the arguments. At the end of the day you like what you like and that’s it, me personally the Sony PS3 has converted me and is much better than the Xbox 360, this does not mean the 360 is bad because it is not, it just means my gaming will be solely on the Playstation now.
If my little story has offended any Xbox 360 fans please let me offer you counselling.

The PS3 has noooooo games whatsoever, XBox 360 has Halo 3, Call of Duty 4, Gears of War, Unreal, Uncharted and MGS4.
PS3 has no games.
I love my XBox and I think Microsoft products and software is generally superior than Sony, Apple or any other evil company.

Oh but the PS3 also has Call of Duty 4, and when you think about it Microsoft software is good but have you ever thought about the hardware. Think about it.

First of all Call of duty 4 is on the PS3, Unreal Tournament 3 is on the PS3 and the PC (it has not been released on the Xbox360 yet), Uncharted is a PS3 exclusive, and MGS4 is a playstation 3 exclusive! even if it’s only for one year, it’s a year I will enjoy more than you

I owned a Gamecube for years.
I was anticipating to get an Xbox 360 at launch, but it was so hard to get and there were so many hardware problems and malfunctions (there still are), that I was turned off. I’m really glad I didn’t buy an Xbox 360, and waiting paid off. I saw everything the PS3 had to offer, and I waited another year to get an amazing console.
Nelson, see the light and enjoy gaming for what it is, not who pays to make things exclusive. 360 fanboys are really, really ignorant… I wouldn’t be saying that if I had bought a 360 (luckily I didn’t), but I’d probably fall into the massive pit of fanboys flagrantly getting into pissing matches with “Halo 3 is teh rox!” -.-
BTW, Nelson, Call of Duty 4 is on the Playstation 3, Unreal… oh.. you’re joking. That wasn’t funny. Epic fail.

Nelson you are an elephant man retard. MGS4 is a PS3 exclusive, Unreal tournament is a timed exclusive that xbox 360 won’t get till later on in the year and uncharted is a PS3 exclusive. Did’nt MS say they did’nt need HDMI for hd gaming and what happend? They put it into the elite. Did’nt MS claim that their console is superior to PS3? Yet, look who’s adding motion control into their controllers… If the xbox 360 is so great like you say it is why does it still have the RROD even after being on the market for 2 years? Oh and the XBL online service has been very shotty for a while now… and it must piss you guys off because you pay to play online.
I have alot of friends with xbox 360’s who are on their 4th consoles.. and some of them are getting sick and tired of MS’s bullshit. Xbox 360 has mostly FPS games and that’s it.. If I wanted to play FPS games I would use my PC. The PS3 is getting great games this year and it’s just the better console with more to offer.
And it’s reliable.
