Olga Kurylenko Scores Bond Girl Role

We recently told you that Gemma Arterton had been cast as a Bond Girl in the latest installment from James Bond. There were doubts over whether she would be the main Bond Girl and today came an announcement which cleared things up. Eon Productions has announced that the principal Bond Girl role will go to actress Olga Kurylenko.

Kurylenko was most recently seen on screen in Hitman, so she should be a dab hand with the action scenes. Her role has been described as, “the dangerously alluring Camille, who challenges Bond and helps him come to terms with the emotional consequences of Vesper’s betrayal”.

The press release also revealed that Mathieu Amalric will play Dominic Greene, a leading member of the criminal organization we saw in Casino Royale.

So, what do we think of Olga Kurylenko as the Bond Girl?
