It seems as if we are being bombarded with concept vehicles, and the newest one that has been revealed is the Cadillac Provoq concept. To give you an idea on size wise think of the Chevrolet Volt, well the Provoq luxury crossover is much larger, however it is the E-Flex powertrain fuel cell that has got us interested.

This CUV is now using the much needed updated Cadillac styling and is 180 inches long, so five passengers can feel very comfortable indeed. The battery pack is 9kWh lithium which helps to store the power for the 70kW AC motor which powers the front wheels and a couple of 40kW hub motors at each of the rear wheels. The Cadillac Provoq can also been plugged into the mains and can go for about twenty miles on a full charge.

Once the electric motor is combined with the 6KG of compressed hydrogen gas, then this concept vehicle has a range of about 300 miles.
