I have to own up, I do not own a games console but after many months of playing my brother’s and Cousin’s Sony PS3, I find myself now wanting one. The problem I now have is what my first game should be on this great games console. My first thought is Should Assassin’s Creed, but is this the right choice.

The other night I decided to visit my cousin with my brother where he showed us that he managed to get hold of a copy at his local HMV, these type of games have never done anything for me but he said I should give it a got which I did.
I must have been playing Assassin’s Creed for about half an hour and it got me hooked, many of you out there would have played this game for a lot longer than I did so I would like to know if this would be the perfect first game for when I purchase my Sony Playstation 3?

Assassin’s creed was my first game with the PS3 and it was a great game i was amazed with the graphics and its not limited at all you can go any where on the game.
I heard it is a bit disappointing. This game is selling simply because of those FMV and trailers that have been all around.
Get Uncharted. That’s a no hyped game, that is winning by is own meris : nice gameplay, good story and fantastic graphics…
If you’re looking for that kind of game, uncharted is definately the way to go. It was developed by Naughty Dog which is indirectly owned by Sony, and the game shows that. It really takes advantage of all aspects of the ps3’s capabilities. For a first game, that’s the way to go. Thats not to say Assasins creed isn’t a ton of fun (i beat it, and enjoyed the hell out of it too) but uncharted is in a league of its own.
