Xbox Live Outages: class action lawsuit for Microsoft

Xbox Live Outages

The news of a free Arcade title for Xbox Live users has pleased many Xbox 360 gamers, but sadly some are still upset.

According to the Seattle Times, three angered Texans are alleging that Microsoft didn’t abide by its own contract when they had their Xbox Live holiday blues and they have hit them with a class action lawsuit.

My bet will be that not much will come of this; Microsoft’s lawyers may just point out a clause that does not guarantee any minimum level of service.

Dream on. Class action suits are such a drain on our legal system, this won’t even get a hearing.
