Britney Spears Has Lost Custody Of Her Children

Details are now coming to light what happened in the incident at Britney’s house and its not really looking good for her she has even lost her kids for the time being.

It’s clear that Britney needs serious medical attention and it is obvious from her actions that she is mentally unstable.

At present it has been reported that Britney was being uncooperative at the hospital and is currently heavily sedated. She refused any visitors and flipped out when Kevin showed up to the hospital late last night to see how she was.

An insider said that “Kevin tried to talk to Britney at the hospital last night and she freaked out. He wanted to try and get to the bottom of what she did, but she was not cooperative.”

Kevin apparently showed up to court this afternoon to ask the judge to order Britney into rehab.

The commissioner in the Britney and Kevin case has issued an order giving Kevin Federline sole physical and legal custody of the children.

The order is in full effect until January 14. Commissioner Scott Gordon said Britney’s visitation has been “suspended pending further order of the court” and he ordered another hearing to be held on Jan. 14.

Britney is expected to stay at the psych ward at Cedars-Sinai for at least another 72 hours.

It’s the kids I feel sorry for in all this they did not ask for all this and what they must be going through at such a young age can not be good for them.
