Glastonbury 2008: date confirmed for ticket sales

This is great news for all you Glastonbury fans out there because they have just announced a date for when the tickets will start to go on sale for the 2008 gig.

According to eFestivals, the 132,500 tickets for the weekend event will go on sale on Sunday, April 6.

So if you want to purchase a ticket you will have to pre-register with a photograph during the month of February.

This year’s festival, which is rumoured to have Radiohead as one of its headliners, will take place on June 27-29.
