Exclusive Sony PS3 Games Looking Better Than Xbox 360

In my opinion and also many other gamers would agree, the exclusive games coming to the Sony PS3 are looking better than any other Xbox 360 game in terms of graphics, framerate and sound.
Playstation 3 developers are saying that they have barely scratched the surface with the PS3 and when you take a look at what they done with some of the exclusives it shows which games console is the better.
The fact that the PS3 also has the HD drive shows much more content will fit on one disc and will only improve the games vs the 360.
If the rumor comes true that was mentioned earlier today about Bill Gates possibly announcing a new Xbox 360 at CES with a HD-DVD, 320Gb hard drive and Wi-Fi.
Then this just shows again that the 360 has been lacking in many ways against the PS3, it’s clear that I feel the PS3 is better for the above reasons (I have owned both systems) but if you disagree state why you think so in the comments.
Also if you disagree then have you owned both systems, if you have not then I find it hard to see how you can judge.

Funny how no games are mentioned. Actually “Most” people say the graphics are about the same. Either way both of their graphics are amazing in High Def.
If developers develop games for xbox360 using hd-dvd instead of dvd with the new system, how is the older xbox360 currently using dvd to play game now. They might have to buy the new xbox360 all over again. So here you go => The cost of the ps3 = 2*xbox360.
Microsoft has no imagination, it bought Bungie, a company that publish Mac games, because it saw Halo and knew they would be in trouble. Zune, just another rip-off, and weak too. Vista, biggest joke yet, but that one depends on which version you buy. Now they want to make a better console, should have done that from the start. I buy my hardware with it purpose in mind, my audio and video equipment is from company that research the field. Microsoft just wants the buck. When games require 40gigs (which at some point they will) at lease a blu ray can handle it, and I won’t have to load it to my hard drive. If the 360 had been vendor friendly I would have got it, but its not. My PS3 saw and can use my Apple wireless keyboard, would microsoft allowed that? I’m not a fan boy, I just like to spend my money once. Microsoft doesn’t do that for me.
So, I’m a print journalist in the UK. I review for all formats, and have every machine. Your post is either aimed at sparking debate, or seriously flawed in its outcome.
Sure, Uncharted is excellent, as are a few other PS3 games. But framerate, graphics and sound? Come on. If you call yourself a serious journalist, don’t just post sensational claims when they’re just your opinion. This isn’t news, or blogging. It’s a hit bringer. Why did I visit? Because of the title, and my opinion that opinion shouldn’t be stiffled.
Yours, however, isn’t wrong. It’s just misinformed.
The article speaks of EXCLUSIVE games comparison. This does not include multiplatform games (madden, COD4, Orange Box, Assassins Creed).

Uncharted…end of story. The game is the graphics king. Facial animations there and in Heavenly Sword - another exclusive beat the so called human looking game - Mass Effect. Mass Effect - dumbest AI ever. Lair was a bad game because most people couldn’t adapt to the controls. That’s fair. But graphically it is a powerhouse.
Ratchet and Clank. This is the game that does what Microsoft claimed was back with the Xbox1 showing at CES. Toy Story Graphics.
UT3 is running like butter as well!
I have a 360 (I have had 4 actually thanks - RROD) and I have a 60Gb PS3 with a larger HDD. No contest. Even running Vista Ultimate, the PS3 is my media hub, not my HALO edition 360.
Nothing will change the fact that the 360 has a far superior GPU vs. the old PC GPU in the PS3. It is a fact that the 360 handles more polygons nd the RAM in the machine is easier for developers to use. If anything it will probably be a wash this generation. By the time developers get a grip on the PS3 there will certainly be rumblings about the next gen Xbox.

Xbox 360 already reached it’s max potential w/ Gears of War. Halo 3…omg had the worst graphics in the world - I mean MGS 3: Snake Eater has better graphics than it! Now PS3’s Killzone 2 looks better and it’s in Alpha stage, Metal Gear Solid 4 looks better and it’s in Beta stage, Final Fantasy XIII looks the best and it’s in like PRE PRE ALPHA STAGE! It’s over for the xbox 360, ps3 has a pretty big future. True developers can’t wait to see what they can create with ps3’s true potential. They’ll soon get tired of seeing their games scratched up and freeze when a stupid plastic console gets RROD.
It’s funny how all the PS3 fanbois say the PS3 isn’t scratching the surface but yet most games can’t even run at 60fps like the 360… if there is all this left over power, then that wouldn’t be the case.
Truth is that developers are pushing the Cell has hard as that can right now. They may be able to optimize there code here and there, but don’t expect anything earth shattering.
There is no visual advantage to the PS3 and there never will be.
Also, the 360 dominated in games in 2007 and 2008 looks just as good.
