Exclusive Sony PS3 Games Looking Better Than Xbox 360

In my opinion and also many other gamers would agree, the exclusive games coming to the Sony PS3 are looking better than any other Xbox 360 game in terms of graphics, framerate and sound.
Playstation 3 developers are saying that they have barely scratched the surface with the PS3 and when you take a look at what they done with some of the exclusives it shows which games console is the better.
The fact that the PS3 also has the HD drive shows much more content will fit on one disc and will only improve the games vs the 360.
If the rumor comes true that was mentioned earlier today about Bill Gates possibly announcing a new Xbox 360 at CES with a HD-DVD, 320Gb hard drive and Wi-Fi.
Then this just shows again that the 360 has been lacking in many ways against the PS3, it’s clear that I feel the PS3 is better for the above reasons (I have owned both systems) but if you disagree state why you think so in the comments.
Also if you disagree then have you owned both systems, if you have not then I find it hard to see how you can judge.

@ tarince
please calm down before you crap yourself!
Just because you still live with your parents doesn’t mean everyone else does.
@nitro
Huh?!? What son? Did daddy say you could talk? Shut your mouf and go to your room before I whip your ass!
@Eric
I don’t normally get involved in flame wars, but I couldn’t just let this one slip by without a response… I actually do own both (and a Wii, and they replaced a PS2, XBox and Gamecube). Not everyone is a complete fanboy, and in fact there is a lot to like about the PS3 (most notably that it’s a LOT quieter!) even though the games on the 360 have been a LOT more impressive so far, at least to me. I buy the different systems because I like games enough to not miss any good exclusives (I bought the Wii for Zelda and Mario Galaxy, I bought the PS3 for Little Big Planet and Home). Of the three systems, only the PS3 hasn’t delivered on the two big games I bought it for when they said they were going to (Christmas 2007), and now they’re saying it might be October of 2008 before EITHER of those titles come out, which has pissed me off a little at Sony so I tend to bash them a little.
As for standards, you’re absolutely right about IE, but I don’t think you could honestly say that Microsoft hasn’t embraced standards more readily than Sony (who STILL won’t let the memory stick die!) - you’re comparing IE to Firefox basically, where a better comparison would be a Sony browser for Windows which doesn’t exist but you can bet if it did would be a lot less standards complient than IE… but hey, a lot of people just live to bash Microsoft so nothing I say will convince you otherwise.
I’m just glad a non-Japanese player has so successfully broken into the market that was in a strangle-hold by Japanese companies. I don’t want Microsoft to dominate the games market, but if they weren’t there PSN would not be anywhere near as good as it is or even exist at all.
All that said, I’m not terribly excited about Microsoft’s 2008 exclusives so far… Halo Wars looks good and Fable 2 looks very good, but they better announce some new exclusives soon or Sony will catch all they excitement this year with Little Big Planet especially.
haha, its hilerious to watch people like you rant about nonsense!! shame
@ Tarince
Once again - I have no reason to lie about this. You don’t even know me, but by the sounds of it I’m glad about that. Now then let me break it down.
1st - I’m not your son.
2nd - I do not live with my parents (like you)
3rd - I pay for my own cell phone bill (unlike you)
4th - I booked the time off work to buy the consoles on release day - my employers did not have an issue with that.
5th - I have purchased games off the playstation network, including fLOw and Wip3out (PS1 game) with my own hard cash and have been a member of the PSN since release.
6th - I have been a member of Xbox Live since release and have bought many games off the Live Marketplace including Streetfighter II, Pinball FX, Geometry Wars, Bejeweled etc…
Not everyone on this forum is a 11 years old and lives with their parents (if you do that’s ok but just don’t go around accusing people of being a liar because you can’t comprehend the situation).
Josh, as Sean Connery says on Jeopardy. Suck it. Suck it long and suck it hard. No Xbox 360 Ultimate at CES. Don’t ever become a stock predictor. So much for your “Wait till my daddy gets home” You lose now go throw your worthless ass under a bus. The world is going Bluray. Suddenly every dev is saying all complications of PS3 development is now gone. Welcome to next gen. Jump out and play beyond.
GPU arguments again? Worthless. How about hardware physics arguments. You can’t touch that. And don’t tell me you can do physics with a GPU when no PC - even those with a hell of a lot more ram for video - is doing physics on the GPU. The PS3 is able to do both software based physics - like HAVOK and hardware physics - like Aegia.
Enjoy your limited games on the 360. They were fun, I enjoyed them but even PGR4 had to cut night cycles due to disc space. Mass Effect? Gotta love those frame rates. What a butt ugly game and that damn Mako is a ridiculous death machine. What vehicle drives like that? No it is crushing time for you and your worthless ilk. Welcome to next gen. Play beyond. Now go play beyond the side walk in the heaviest traffic you can find.
aint it about time you started doing research before you start chatting shit

“And don’t tell me you can do physics with a GPU when no PC - even those with a hell of a lot more ram for video”
YES YOU CAN
@killermongoo5e
Your such a dumb arse, on PC the physics are processed by the CPU which then send instructions to the GPU. The GPU`s job is the colour, shade, texture, lighting, draw etc. NOT PHYSICS !!! FOOL !!!
Have a look on the internet retard for one the Havoc physics engine has been designed to use the free time on the GPU to do the physics also Nvidia have been doing this for a while now too in SLI setups
