Newcastle United’s Joey Barton Arrested!

Joey Barton who plays for Newcastle United has been charged with common assault and affray and will be appearing at Liverpool City Magistrates Court on Friday. He was one of three people who have been arrested after the incident occurred in the early hours of Thursday morning.

Barton did not play in the match against Wigan on Boxing Day as he was injured and travelled to the City for a night out.
