Michael Jackson has been spotted wearing plasters on his face which has lead to speculation that he has gone under the knife again.
Michael was photographed on a shopping expedition in Las Vegas wearing a fishing hat, a black scarf around his head and unsightly sticking papers plastered around his mouth and chin.
I must say this looks extremely strange maybe he has just cut himself shaving but it is more and likely that he has gone under the knife.

He is wearing plasters because he felt like, or may be he’d cut himself while shaving or may be he had undergone plastic surgery..whatever the reason is, he did it to himself with his own money.so why bother him ..let him be alone and live his life normally.STOP SELLING STORIES OUT OF HIM.

I think this is a way of raising his profile prior to a busy 2008. i want to look at it from the marketing point of view, i don’t think he went under the knife again
