Amy Winehouse Has Been Released On Bail

It has been reported that Amy Winehouse has been released on bail following her arrest on suspicion of perverting the course of justice.

Amy was arrested on Tuesday afternoon after voluntarily turning herself in at a police station in Shoreditch, London for questioning.

A police spokeswoman said that “A 24-year-old woman has been bailed to return to an east London police station on a date in early March pending further inquiries”.

Amy’s arrest comes just days after police confiscated her mobile phone records, bank details and computer software, which could provide evidence of the star’s alleged involvement in the plot.

Amy has yet to be charged with any crime.
