After Game Trailers did a comparison of Assassins Creed on the Xbox 360 and Sony PS3 a lot of gamers moaned about the difference in brightness and some said that GT did the comparison wrong.
Well one gamer is trying to prove that GT did the comparison wrong (although I am not convinced), you can view the new comparison video below that shows RGB Full Range in Display Settings enabled and this is meant to make the PS3 version look the same as the 360’s.
The difference is slight (except brightness), and as one gamer put it “the colors are changing, the textures aren’t”.
Do you think Game Trailers should adjust their PS3 settings or is this one gamers bad opinion?

he is right, i used to think my ps3 games were ‘washed’ out, but then i changed rgb to full and it’s 10 times better
Yea it does look better, i have just changed mine and it does look alot richer.
That is one of the first things i changed in the settings when i got my PS3!
Soooo… why aren’t those settings the default?
dude is right you should change your settings on your ps3 i did. and like it much better.
Knew this already… of course Game Trailers will dispute this being a bunch of xbox fanboys….
They did this with every comparison so far.
and for the 100 times you CAN’T compare the SAME GAME a game can’t look better than it is! I know the PS3 has much more power it can run games much smoother and have better graphics but for ex. nfsprostreet on the xbox and nfsprostreet on the ps3 are the same! You can’t make a game look better!
They should do comparisons on xbox only games and ps3 only games!
Does this have any disadvantages, such as worse framerate or something?
Well I gotta Say that does look much better.
