Kerry Katona Could Be Declared Bankrupt

It has been reported that Kerry Katona will have to ask the taxman for more time to pay a £200,000 bill or face the prospect of being declared bankrupt.

According to a report Kerry is due to go to court to ask for an extension on a Christmas deadline to hand over the money.

Apparently Kerry is facing a tax debt of £700,000 and has been told that she must pay her first instalment of £200,000 soon.

A source has said that “Kerry simply hasn’t got the cash to pay. Her finances are a complete mess and the situation has become very serious indeed. It’s a real prospect that she’ll be declared bankrupt.”
