There have been a number of reports that Ford is ready to sign a deal with India’s Tata Motors for the brands Jaguar and Land Rover. Many people in the industry believe that the Indian company will pay Ford in the region of $2 billion USD for these iconic brands.

For those who work at the three factories in Britain which produce Land Rover and Jaguar vehicles can feel safe in the knowledge that Tata Motors will keep the factories open. As well as Tate Motors wanting to purchase Jaguar and Land Rover, it seems as if the Indian company has their sights set on Fiat as well.
