Crysis Double Body Glitch: video shows strange bug

You may have had a Crysis glitch like many other gamers; some of these are very weird like this Crysis Double Body bug shown in the video below.

The gamer had no idea how it came about, but he did say that the slight chops between scenes are from where he put together the video.

Has this Crysis glitch happened to you and do you think when he changed weapons into a melee it looks like four arms from ben-ten XD?
