Andy Serkis Cast In Peter Jackson’s TinTin

It’s no secret that Peter Jackson is a fan of Andy Serkis. And when he’s not playing Gollum or Kong he can actually pull off the human actor ‘thing’. So, it comes as no surprise that Andy Serkis is the first to be cast in Peter Jackson’s upcoming TinTin trilogy.

There’s been no word as to who Serkis will be playing in the motion-capture film but we can only hope that he’ll be playing a human this time (although it’ll be a computer representation!)

Spielberg and Jackson are each directing at least one instalment of the trilogy with the possibility of both directors directing together on the third film.

The 3D movie is set to start filming in September next year.
