Toshiba 15-nm processes allow for 100Gbit NAND flash chips in 4 years

I am no NAND flash chip expect but I know enough to see that 15-nm processes and 100Gbit NAND flash chips are an amazing step forward in technology.

This kind of tech is said to be 4 years away and Toshiba’s 15-nm processes can allow for production of a 100Gbit NAND flash chip which is mind blowing compared to the 16Gbit chips due in 2008 (made from 50-nm and 52-nm processes).

This means much better hardware for us consumers in the next decade.
