Pentagon latest weapon system

Well if you’re a bit of a clubber then watch your back, the Pentagon is reportedly working on a non-lethal weapon that utilizes light and sound to sicken and disorient targets.

Is this just a sign that the president does not like the nation’s clubbers or is this another ploy in the war on terror?

In my opinion, how stupid are the weapons getting now?
