Chintendo Vii: What a rip off, do something Nintendo

Chintendo Vii

How do they do it? It just amazes me how a company can develop a product that is a clone and just living of the success of another. Where in the world can you just copy a product and give it another name other than China.

They just make up their own rules and copy everything and develop it cheaper, but does that also mean a crappy product.

The Chintendo Vii is such a massive rip off of the Nintendo Wii and why do they do nothing about it, is it because they cannot.

China the country that clones all the biggest products and renames, do you think the other world countries should put a stop to this?

    Yes, they cnnot. The most possible reason is that Nintendo has no righs to claim in China. It might not register the trade mark there, its product is not not subject to patent protection, or maybe the Chintendo simply take advantage of the huge success of its Japanese counterpart but without infringing any rights of the latter. Who knows?
